Hidrokontrol A.S., the leading motion control engineering company in Turkey has started-up the hose manufacturing and testing center in the hydraulic hoses to serve valuable customers. Hose manufacturing facility, all 2018 Uniflex (Germany) branded; hose cutting, hose skiving, fittings inserting press, hose press, static testbench, hose cleaning unit, hose labeling (Laser and Printer) and packaging machines are available in the manufacturing and test center.

In hose manufacturing center, hose selection is made according to the technical requirements of the customer. The technical drawings from the customer are examined and work orders of the hoses to be manufactured are prepared by experienced technical engineers. First, the hose is cut to the specified dimensions. The cut-off hose is cleaned with compressed air. Then the hose is skived at the specified dimension in the work order. The fittings are inserted with equal size and desired orientation in fitting insert machine. The next step is to the hose press. Measure and check the teeth and dimensions before the hose is pressed. After that the höse is pressed according to the standards and dimensions specified by the hose and fittings manufacturer. Dimensions are checked after pressing again. Afterwards, the static test is performed in 4-channel test unit (up to 1000 bar) at the pressure and time specified in the work order for the Proof Test.

At the hose cleaning unit, hose washing is carried out with special solvents that will not damage the hoses and fittings, the operator clean the remaining solvent and oil with the compressed air. Cleaned hoses suspended for the perfect dry. The labels of hoses are prepared. Then, in the final control section, the lengths, orientations, pressing diameters, labeling information of the finished hoses are checked and the plugs of each end are attached and each hose is packed separately and then put into the specially prepared boxes. Hose test reports can be presented as soft or hardcopy to our customers in batches as well as with each hose.
