WORK ORDER PREPARATION
First step of the production process is to prepare work order. In accordance with the customers demand, it is the document which shows the process steps in workshop to be followed in order to produce in required dimensions and standarts in accordance with the specifications determined by the customer.
MATERIALS PREPARATION
The material to be used in accordance with the prepared work order should be taken by the technical personnel from the shelf to the production line before starting production.
CUTTING PROCESS
It is the station where the hose placed according to work order on the hose reel and to cut in accordance with the tolerances of the cutting measure that takes place on the same work order with the help of a specially designed ruler for the hose reel.
SKIVING PROCESS
Hoses which cutting process have finished and need to be skived internally and externally are subject to internal and external skiving process according to their diameter,blades and skiving lenghts determined by the manufacturer.
MOUNTING PROCESS
It is the station where the cut and skived hoses are subject to connect with fittings and sockets. A specially prepared liquid vaseline is used for installation of mounting the fittings.
PRESSING PROCESS
Hoses with fittings and sockets are being pressed by a specified diameter and tolerance given by the manufacturer according to the specified orientation type. After the pressing process is finished, accuracy of the pressing diameter is checked with a digital caliper.
MARKING PROCESS
Paper, plastic or metal labels that are applicable for use at heavy working conditions are being labelled on the hoses which’s pressing process was finished. The labelles are being prepared as per the work order (order code, hose type, hose length, hose pressure, production date etc.) issued by the information supplied from the customer.
PRESSURE TEST
After marking process, the hoses are being tested according to the pressure value and time stated on the work order. In the test process, the hose and the fittings connection points are checked whether there is leakage or not. At this station all hoses can be tested between 20-1000 bar. In the testing process, a special liquid is used which makes the hose corrosion resistant. After the procedure, a soft and/or hard copy pressure test report can be given to the customers which detailes the test procedure steps.
LAUNDERY PROCESS
After the test process is completed, the hoses are subjected to high pressure laundering with the specially prepared liquid to catch the cleaning rate according to the standards in the washing station.
The laundered hoses are hanged out on specially designed hangers for drying.
FINAL CONTROL
After the whole process of production is finished, the hose size, correct material usage, pressing diameter, label information, go-no gauge and orientation inspection are made according to the data on the work order of the prepared hoses.
PACKAGING AND SHIPMENT
Hoses with quality pass are plugged according to their heads. It is packaged with plastic bags suitable and appropriate for international transportation and is made to be ready for shipment to the customer.
