Vacuum generators are products that produce reverse pressure vacuum by using pneumatic pressure.These generators must be close to the components to be used for vacuum is more advantageous in terms of consumption.

	SERIES	DESCRIPTION
	MCA-CV	MCA-CV series are available with normally open and closed series. It is possible to produce vacuum at 27 inHg degrees.
	CHF	CHF series products are used in high flow multistage generators. The maximum vacuum degree is 27.3 InHg. The flow rate is in the range of 12.5 to 31.8 SCFM.
	MC22	MC22 series generators are a complete package for factory automation. In this modular structure, it is possible to produce vacuum and blow. Response times are reduced to a minimum. Normally open or closed options are available.
	MC72	MC72 series generators are suitable for complex factory automation such as MC22. Only the MC72 series is used for the transfer of materials containing critical products such as critical transport glass. The pilot on / off times are minimized for sample applications.
	CEK	CEK series generators can be selected normally on / off. This series protects the last air during stopping and no power loss, thus saving air. The vacuum flow rate is higher than the other valves and is suitable for applications requiring speed.
